Tenderloin Medallion Sandwich with roasted onions & pepper

Ingredients for 2-3 Persons:

– 1 pound Tenderloin

– Half pound of roasted onions and peppers (You can get it in any store)

– Batter Mix

– Salt and black pepper

– Red pepper (Optional)

– 2 TBS Olive Oil

– 3 TBS Butter

– Half cup white wine

– 3 medium baguettes

Tonight I am going to tell you about my favorite sandwich. It is juicy, tender, flavorful, and the best thing is you can make it in less than 5 minutes.

Just you need to buy your Tenderloin, Roasted onions and peppers, white wine, baguettes, and olive oil. I imagine you have butter, salt, black pepper, and red pepper at home.

I like to say something about myself. I don’t like to go shopping and usually I don’t do that. My wife loves to do it and my job is to cook a good meal. I love to try new recipes and my father in law loves every food from me. I will tell you a secret about good cooking. My first secret is: “If you are cooking, you have to do that with love.

You should imagine if you are adding salt and pepper to your food you are giving your soul in to the pot.” Maybe you would say I am wrong but it is so. You should cook with passion then every meal will test perfect. Ok I talk a lot. Here I am going to tell you my own recipe to make your juicy sandwich.

Preparation

Cut tenderloin meat in medallions (About 1 inch thick or 9 pieces) and cover them with butter mix. Take a big pan and turn the heat on high. Put olive oil in the pan and when the olive oil is hot enough sauté the medallions till brown (but only one side). Turn the meat and put the frozen onions and bell pepper in pan. Don’t move the meat. Stir the frozen onions and bell pepper gently till they are tender. Now it is time for white wine (Some for food and some for cook ;-)). Mix all stuff in a pan together and let them cook down. When the wine is reduced to a thick sauce, turn the heat off and add salt, black pepper, red pepper, and butter in the pan. Wait for a few minutes till the meat is ready to eat.

Cut the baguettes in half. Put 3 pieces of meat on each piece of bread and then cover them with onions, bell peppers, and some sauce on top.
